Im a bowhunter myself so im trying not to be too critical on this review. i think that it would be fun for any youngster, but i would say if theyre over 7 years old, look into a real bow cause if you pull the string too far, the bow flexes too much and the string slips right off the ends, making it a spooky for those with a longer draw length. and the arrows dont fly straight at all, ever. so if your kid wants to just shoot arrows everywhere, this is perfect. if theyre anal and want to hit bullseyes all the time.. keep lookin!
